Duran Duran's Andy Taylor took time before the sold out Duran Duran show @ The Agora to talk about the reunion of the band and the new album in store for 2004. Mr. Taylor made sure to mention Tony Thompson, drummer extrordinaire, from bands like CHiC and also The Power Station who passed away just days before (that leaves the Taylors of Duran Duran the only living members of Power Station with the loss of singer Robert Palmer earlier in 2003 and producer/bassist Benard Edwards a few years prior...). Such a loss hit DD hard, as they were greatly influenced by CHiC, Sister Sledge and other bands in the Nile Rodgers/Benard Edwards family. This was evident in the inclusion of "We Are Family" within "Notorious" during the set. Get ready for more tourdates and a new album from the band in year 26 - 2004!
